  • Thank you for shopping with Onic Brands LLC. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy carefully to understand the terms for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

     

    Cancellations

     

    • Order cancellations are permitted only within 2 hours of placing the order.

    • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately at info@onicbrands.com.

    • After this cancellation window, we cannot guarantee that your order can be stopped as it may have already entered the processing or shipping phase.

     

    Returns & Refunds

     

    1. Food and Perishable Items

    Due to the nature of our food products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on food or any other perishable items. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and quality of our products.

    2. Physical Merchandise (Non-Food Items)

    • Returns for non-food, physical items are accepted within 5 days of the delivery date.

    • Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to receive a return authorization and instructions.

    • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a store credit for the full purchase price.

    • We do not offer monetary refunds for returned physical items.

    • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

    • Store credit will be provided in the form of a digital gift card and has an expiration date of 90 days.

    • There will be a $25 restocking fee that will be deducted from your total on the digital gift card. 

     

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

     

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. To assist you, we may require a photograph of the item and its packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or store credit.
